アルゼンチン出身のデザイナー、Mara Carrizo Scaliseはアメリカに移住し、スタイリストとして活躍する傍ら、スピリチャルな世界に執心し錬金術と金属の持つ癒しの力に魅了され、2008年ジュエリーブランド『MARAMCS』を立ち上げる。

現在はブランド名を『Mara Scalise』に変更し、デザイナー本人のピュアで強く、繊細でスタイリッシュ、シャーマンのようなロックスタースピリットが色濃く反映する。

Born in Buenos Aries, Argentina, Mara Carrizo Scalise was inspired from early on by her mother’s eclectic style. She moved to New York, where she worked as a stylist and gained an extensive knowledge of the fashion industry. During these years, Mara also explored a spiritual path and became a trained Reiki master. In 2008, Mara became fascinated by alchemy and the healing power of metals and “MARAMCS” was born. The brand name has now been changed to “MARA SCALISE”, reflecting more deeply the woman behind it all - pure and strong, subtle and stylish; a shaman rock star.
